BST 2009 Overview
The 7th annual BST Charity Bicycle Ride will be better than ever with a change of venue, ride date, Family Fun Ride, and training options.
BST 2009 will be held in beautiful Highland Park, Illinois in cooperation with the Downtown Highland Park Alliance on Sunday, June 21st, 2009 (Father's Day). Also new this year is the introduction of a 5-mile Family Fun Ride along bike paths in Highland Park. All other routes are on paved roads. And of course, the ride will be well supported with outstanding food at each rest stop!
For those of you interested in riding in additional group training rides before your BST event, we are pleased to announce our optional training program through Team in Training (TNT) that includes a training schedule, cycling safety and training clinics, fully supported, progressive training rides around Chicagoland lead by certified cycling coaches, and more.
